Privacy Policy

What Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your actual password in readable form.
• Profile information: a display name and profile picture, if you choose to add them. Profile pictures may be uploaded directly or linked from an external image URL you provide.
• Card collection data: details you enter, or that our AI identifies, about your cards — names, sets, conditions, estimated values, and photos of the cards you scan.
• Showrooms: named groups of cards you choose to make shareable via a link, along with the card details in them.
• Social data: if you follow other users, message them, or comment on a showroom, we store that activity so the app can show it back to you and to the people involved.

How We Use It

To operate the app's core features: identifying and valuing your cards, syncing your collection across your devices, letting you share showrooms, and connecting you with other collectors. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third Parties Involved

Card photos and text you submit for identification, grading estimates, or market value lookups are sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate a response, including using web search to find current market data. Anthropic's own privacy practices apply to that processing — see Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

What's Public vs. Private

Your full card collection is private by default. Showrooms you explicitly create, and your public profile (display name, avatar, and the showrooms you've made), are visible to anyone with the link, or to people who look you up to follow you. Don't include anything in a showroom or public profile that you wouldn't want a stranger to see.

Blocking and Reporting

You can block another user at any time, which prevents them from messaging you and removes your existing conversation from view. You can also report a user, a message, or a comment that concerns you — reports are reviewed by our team.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app ("Delete My Account"). This immediately and permanently removes your login credentials, your card collection, your settings, your profile information, your follow relationships, and your private messages. Showrooms you previously shared publicly are kept accessible via their existing links, but are no longer associated with your account.

Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Sessions use signed tokens. Your data is stored in a managed database with standard security practices in place. That said, no system is perfectly secure, and we continue to improve our safeguards as the app grows.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from children under that age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
